Jose H. Carmona, Jr., P.E.

President

Jose has over 10 years of professional experience in land development and government infrastructure design. As a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas, he has designed roadways, waterlines, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and drainage infrastructure. He has extensive knowledge in both single-family development and site development. Jose provides preliminary design, final design, and construction phase services for projects of various sizes.

Jose has worked in the Bryan/College Station area for the past 7 years. Prior to moving to the Brazos Valley, he worked in the greater Houston area and has extensive knowledge working in Harris County, Fort Bend County, Chambers County, and Montgomery County. While in Houston, Jose was awarded the Young Engineer of the Year in 2014 by the Southeast Texas chapter of the American Water Works Association (AWWA). He currently serves as the President of the Brazos County chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

At previous engineering firms, Jose has been involved in notable projects such as Bluejack
National golf course, Texas A&M University Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) Freight Shuttle International, and the Villages at Harmony.
