Land Development
Our land development services range from commercial site development to large master-planned communities. We coordinate platting, permits, approvals, and construction. Our design services include grading, roadway, waterline, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and detention ponds. Water and Sanitary Sewer
Carmona Engineering designs waterline and sanitary sewer ranging from 6” to 30” diameter. We specialize in the rehabilitation of aging infrastructure, as well as new infrastructure design. We also provide feasibility studies to determine availability of services and construction cost to ensure our client projects start in the right direction.
Roadway Design
Our design services include roadway geometry, striping and pavement markings, and traffic control devices. We provide roadway rehabilitation design which requires construction phasing minimize end user impact. We also coordinate TxDOT driveway permits enabling our clients to receive project approval.
Construction Management
Carmona Engineering manages various construction projects including commercial and single-family development, roadway, waterline, and sanitary sewer infrastructure. We coordinate bidding, construction, and project close-out services. We work with consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed in a cost-effective and timely manner.
